All Inclusive Professional
Full Birth Doula Care Package

As a birth doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support to you before, during, and shortly after childbirth. My role isn't medical—I'm not there to replace your doctor or midwife—but to help you feel safe, informed, and empowered every step of the way. I’ll meet with you during pregnancy to get to know your hopes, concerns, and preferences, and together we’ll talk through comfort techniques, your birth plan, and what to expect. When labor begins, I’ll be by your side to offer hands-on support, whether that’s helping you breathe through contractions, offering massage, guiding you into helpful positions, or simply being a calm, grounding presence.

I’m also here to support your partner, if you have one, so they feel confident and included in the experience. After your baby is born, I stay for a little while to help with the immediate transition—whether that’s supporting early breastfeeding or just helping you settle in. My goal is to ensure you feel supported, heard, and respected throughout the entire journey. Having a doula by your side has been shown to reduce stress, lower intervention rates, and improve satisfaction with the birth experience, and I’m honored to be part of that support system for you.

My Full Birth Doula Package includes:

  • Two prenatal appointments

  • Five weeks on call for labor and delivery

  • Two postpartum appointments

On-call
Lactation Counseling Services

As an on-call lactation counsellor, I’m here to support you whenever you need guidance with feeding your baby. Whether you're just starting out with breastfeeding, pumping, or bottle feeding, or you're facing challenges like latch issues, low milk supply, sore nipples, or feeding pain, I can help you navigate the situation with reassurance, practical advice, and evidence-based solutions.

My role is to meet you where you’re at—emotionally and physically. I’ll listen to your concerns without judgment, help assess your baby’s latch and feeding behavior (virtually or in-person), and offer tips or adjustments to make things more comfortable and effective for both of you. I can also support you with creating a feeding plan that fits your lifestyle and goals, whether you’re exclusively breastfeeding, supplementing, pumping, or transitioning to formula. My goal is to help you feel confident, supported, and informed as you feed your baby in the way that works best for you and your family.
